Good news...it turns out that driving a manual car is just like riding a bike. I was certain that I'd come back from my trip to the States and have to re-learn everything. Not so. Though it's been nearly a month, I was still able to make it to my substitute teaching gig without incident. I'm still not totally comfortable with it, but at least I didn't stall.
